Under Australian Consumer Law, our products are covered by consumer guarentees. This means our wines must be fit for the purpose it is sold for and match the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
- Faulty or Damaged Products
If the wine you purchase is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This may include replacement, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances and the severity of the issue.
- Proof of purchase
To request a refund or exchange under consumer guarantees, you must provide proof of purchase (such as receipt or order confirmation).
- Return Process
In the event you are entitled to a refund or exchange, please contact us to arrange a replacement, refund or exchange. Depending on the nature of the return or exchange, you may be required to return part or all of the products you purchased that are damaged, or faulty.
- Refunds
If a refund is issued, it will be prcoessed using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
